INFRASTRUCTURE, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi says the PF under the reign of former president Edgar Lungu and Given Lubinda is finished. Meanwhile, Milupi has described Lubinda’s statement that dogs are now malnourished because things are worse in the country as dramatic.
