ELECTORAL Commission of Zambia Chairperson Mwangala Zaloumis says the electoral reform committee is concluding a report on electoral reforms, which will be effected for the 2026 general elections. And ECZ Director Electoral Operations Royd Katongo says the commission is set to begin mass registration of voters in the second quarter of 2025. Speaking during a stakeholders’ meeting, Tuesday, Zaloumis encouraged political parties to make their submissions on electoral reforms so that they don’t cry foul later on. “We want to have transparent elections in 2026.
