MINES and Minerals Development Minister Paul Kabuswe has discouraged the Law Association of Zambia (LAZ) from petitioning the enactment of cyber security laws, stating that government is ready for dialogue on the matter. And LAZ president Lungisani Zulu says lawyers want to exert their efforts to contribute towards the mining sector, instead of just focusing on constitutionalism and the cyber security laws.
