CZECH Republic President Petr Pavel says he does not expect African countries to help Ukraine through financial or material support but rather, through diplomatic and political support. Meanwhile, Czech Special Envoy for the Department of Eastern Europe David Stulík says Africa should not be indifferent about the war between Russia and Ukraine.
