CHIEF Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa says it is not yet time for members of parliament to make their submissions regarding the contents of the proposed Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 7 of 2025. During a workshop for MPs on the constitutional reform process on Monday, Luapula Province Minister Nason Musonda expressed concerns over several inconsistencies in Bill 7, particularly around public submissions, proportional representation and the planned increase in parliamentary constituencies.
