CENTRE for Trade Policy and Development (CTPD) Executive Director Isaac Mwaipopo says it is sad that the country doesn’t see much results from the prosecutions that are hyped by law enforcement agencies concerning corruption. Reacting to the ongoing revelation of audit findings into the operations and procurement irregularities at ZAMMSA, Mwaipopo says President Hakainde Hichilema should take decisive action to help inspire public confidence. On Thursday, Health Minister Dr Elijah Muchima wondered what more action the country wanted President Hichilema to take when the ZAMMSA board was dissolved and people were in court regarding the matter.
