FRAUD Expert Dr Masiye Banda has advised government to implement robust fraud risk management measures before increasing NHIMA contributions. Dr Banda says he suspects collusion between healthcare providers and private pharmacies, which could lead to fraudulent prescriptions and significant financial losses for the National Health Insurance Management Authority.
