Continuation from yesterday… IT HAS been established this far that in accordance with Section 39 and 89 of the Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) Act, the public tender floated by the Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency (ZAMMSA) for the supply of drugs through open national bidding should have been first restricted to Zambian citizens, which was not done.
