DESPITE Zambians voting for a change of government leadership, things have remained tough for ordinary Zambians. In most cases, the cost of basic commodities has either not improved or has gotten worse. During this period we have witnessed the price of bread going between K15 and K20. We have witnessed the price of fuel fluctuating between K18 and K22 per litre. Bus fares for the shortest local routes have moved from about K10 to K12.
