THE arrest of former Attorney General Likando Kalaluka SC in connection with his involvement in the Honeybee drug supply scandal does not come as a surprise to many who followed how our brother conducted himself as chief legal advisor to our country. In particular, his role in the Honeybee scandal was such a scandal in itself that it cannot be surprising to see him arrested today. If Honeybee committed a crime by using fraudulent documents to win a tender, it is only fair that Mr Kalaluka is listed as an accomplice.
