TODAY we would like to talk about a specific bogus military procurement that happened under Mr Edgar Lungu’s PF, how some generals were implicated and interrogated, and how the whole matter was buried and kept away from the public. But first, we would like to acknowledge a good argument put forward by distinguished governance activist Rueben Lifuka who has listed some more dubious contracts in the Ministry of Defence that have remained unaccounted for.
