AGRICULTURE Minister Mtolo Phiri says government gets concerned whenever it observes that prices of mealie meal are rising rapidly. In a statement addressing the escalating prices of the staple food, the minister said millers ought to understand that the maize they use in their business is produced by Zambians who are supposed to be fed affordably.
