FORMER minister of Health Dr Chitalu Chilufya says he holds no grudge against people who perpetrated what he describes as a heinous crime of inflaming the public with a big lie. The former minister is referring to procurement of drugs under the controversial contract awarded to Honeybee when he was in charge of the ministry. This is a very interesting statement and also quite surprising at the same time. We say this because the development at court does not in any way exonerate those who were arrested for that charge. Rather, it exposes the disorganisation and lack of will power at the Anti-Corruption Commission.
