FORMER minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Stanely Kakubo says he is sorry that his mishandled private business transaction has caused so much public outrage. In his apology to President Hakainde Hichilema and the general public, Honourable Kakubo says he realises with hindsight that there are better ways in which he could have dealt with the business transaction that has given birth to his downfall.
