THE Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) has expressed concern that while the suppliers of solar energy equipment are benefitting from the removal of importation tax, consumers have been subjected to high prices. The Authority is therefore calling on suppliers of alternative energy products such as solar equipment to pass on the benefits derived from tax incentives to end users by charging reasonable and affordable prices.
