THE Energy Regulation Board (ERB) has approved Zesco’s request to increase electricity tariffs by 10 percent effective May 1, 2024. In a statement, Wednesday, ERB Board Chairperson Reynolds Bowa revealed that in April, 2023, the board approved Zesco’s multi-year tariffs for a five-year period from 2023 to 2027. “In April, 2023 the Energy Regulation Board (ERB) approved Zesco Limited’s multi-year tariffs for a five-year period from 2023 to 2027.
