A 15-year-old boy of Lusaka’s Kanyama compound has appeared in the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for allegedly having anal sex with a 5-year-old girl.
When the case came up before Lusaka senior resident magistrate Ireen Wishimanga today, the juvenile pleaded not guilty to a charge of unnatural offence.
The boy is alleged to have had anal sex with the girl against the order of nature.
According to facts before court, the aunt to the victim discovered that the girl was bleeding from the anus when she checked her private parts after noticing her crying.
And the girl said that the accused had sex with her after he gave her a coin to buy corn puffs.
The accused is alleged to have told the girl to sleep on a sack where he was forced himself on her back.
