LUAPULA Province Minister Njavwa Simutowe says government is not impressed with the slow pace at which rehabilitation works are being done at the Kaole Stadium in Mansa. The stadium is among five stadia whose rehabilitation has been funded by FIFA. However, FAZ president Andrew Kamanga has assured the province that rehabilitation works were close to completion.
