CHIEF Electoral Officer Patrick Nshindano says the same documents that the presidential candidate fills in during nomination are the same documents that a running mate is supposed to fill in. He says although the running mates are unknown, they would still have to fill in the same forms as their appointing authority, who is the presidential candidate.
