AN arresting officer has told the court that his analysis of Stephen Kampyongo’s earnings versus his properties showed an excess of about K2.4 million in the sense that the properties were more than the earnings. The witness was testifying in a matter in which Kampyongo and his wife are facing 12 counts of possession of property suspected to be proceeds of crime worth over K26 million before the Economic and Financial Crimes Court.
