THE National Action for Quality Education in Zambia (NAQEZ) has proposed the introduction of a national examination at grade four level, which it says should only assess pupils in literacy and numeracy. In a statement, Sunday, NAQEZ Executive Director Aaron Chansa said with such an examination in place, only pupils who are able to read and write should be allowed to get into grade 5.
