LANDS Minister Elijah Muchima says the Zambia Information Land Administration System (ZILAS) is steadily improving and will provide much better services come July. Speaking at a media briefing, Friday, Muchima said government was trying to introduce a 24/7 service call centre in order to resolve various land challenges. “To give hope to all of you, we’re moving very steadily on the system.
