A WITNESS has narrated to the Lusaka High Court how he discovered a decomposed body of a 10-year-old boy he came to know as Chikondi Banda of Garden Chilulu, who was allegedly murdered by his neighbour. Dickson Ngoma, of Lilanda West, told Lusaka High Court Judge Mwape Bowa yesterday that Chikondi’s body was discovered in a maize field, about 20 metres from Emmasdale Police Station in Lusaka.
