THE Lusaka High Court has ordered that the case in which Lusaka businessman Sedrick Kasanda, Mahogamy Airlines chief executive officer Jim Belemu and three others are charged with espionage will be heard in private. The state had applied for the matter to be heard in camera on grounds that some evidence, if given in public, may be prejudicial to the interest of the Republic. This is in a matter where Kasanda, Belemu, state security officer Francis Mateyo, commercial pilot Patrick Kawanu and police officer Robison Moonga are charged with espionage.
