MINISTER of Water Development and Sanitation Mike Mposha has refuted allegations that he insulted Petauke Independent MP Emmanuel Jay Banda during parliamentary business on Tuesday, but says the lawmaker was badly brought up. On Tuesday, just before he was suspended from the House for 30 sittings days, Banda was seen pointing at Mposha and Youth, Sports and Arts Minister Elvis Nkandu, alleging that the two ministers had insulted him.
