ZESCO Managing Director Victor Mapani says the current load-shedding is not due to incompetence levels of the current power utility team. Mapani has disclosed that the corporation is looking at importing not less than 780 megawatts of power next month. The Zesco MD says there are a number of good engineers at the corporation to manage the power crisis.
