KAMFINSA PF MP Christopher Kang’ombe says the CDF increase to K36.1 million per constituency in the 2025 national budget is artificial because it comes with instructions on how the money will be utilised. Kang’ombe has also questioned why rural and urban constituencies receive the same amount of CDF, arguing that rural areas should be allocated more money to bridge the development gap.
