WATER Development and Sanitation Minister Collins Nzovu has bemoaned the lack of seriousness among local contractors, saying the first thing they do when they receive advance payments for projects is to buy luxury things. Nzovu raised this concern in the National Assembly on Thursday. Earlier, Isoka PF MP Marjorie Nakaponda asked whether government had plans to harvest water during the 2024/2025 rainy season.
