MEDICAL for Quality Healthcare in Zambia (MQHZ) is calling on government to take immediate action to address the nation’s healthcare crisis. In a statement, Monday, MQHZ Director General Dr Quince Mwabu proposed that the government should allocate at least 15 percent of the national budget to healthcare.
