LABOUR Commissioner Givens Muntengwa has disclosed that the Ministry of Labour and Social Security inspected 188 companies in the transport sector last year. Muntengwa says of all the companies inspected in different sectors, 50 percent were found to be compliant while 50 percent were not compliant. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Labour and Social Security has fined Rhino Carriers Limited K85,000 for violating multiple labour laws.
