THE Resident Doctors Association of Zambia (RDAZ) says government should have allocated more funds towards the health sector, especially following the aid cuts. And Zambia Medical Association (ZMA) president Dr Masiku Phiri says the association was hoping there would be a bigger allocation towards health workers’ emoluments, especially for the recruitment of doctors.
