THE Zambia Conference of Catholic Bishops (ZCCB) has urged MPs to heed the voice of their conscience and reject the re-introduction of Bill 7 in the House until a truly inclusive and participatory process is undertaken. ZCCB says it has received reports that the Speaker of the National Assembly, Nelly Mutti, intends to call for a special sitting of the National Assembly today to table the revised Constitution of Zambia (Amendment) Bill No. 7 of 2025.
