CHAIRPERSON of the Technical Committee on Constitution Amendment Christopher Mushabati has announced that the Committee has completed the collection of submissions from the public. Committee Vice Chairperson Dr Landilani Banda says the committee did not face any serious challenges except an overwhelming response, which he described as a positive challenge. Dr Banda says the committee is pleased that there are people who are critical of the process, stating that the process would not be complete if everyone agreed.
