CHINGOLA small-scale miners have condemned the recent stoning of President Hakainde Hichilema during his visit to Chiwempala market. Small-scale miners’ representative Sydney Mwila says this does not reflect the values or intentions of the miners. Meanwhile, Mines Minister Paul Kabuswe says the US$4 million that Senseli promised as empowerment funds to small-scale miners to vacate the dump site will be paid in two weeks.
