CHIEF Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa has disputed John Sangwa’s statement that Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 7 of 2025 does not exist until the Technical Committee completes its work. Mweetwa further argues that it is a fallacy to expect a Constitution amendment process to be free of disagreement.
