MINISTER of Energy Makozo Chikote has told Parliament that despite being in charge of the energy portfolio, he pays for his electricity services and does not receive free power. His response came after Shiwang’andu PF MP Stephen Kampyongo alleged that the Minister might be benefiting from free electricity, as he did not fully understand citizens’ complaints on the quick depletion of prepaid units.
