JUSTICE Minister Princess Kasune says there is no stronghold remaining for PF in Central Province as the UPND is expected to get all the seats in the province. On Thursday, UPND scooped the Muchinda ward seat in the local government by-election in Serenje. UPND candidate Nicholas Munsele won the by-election after polling 844 votes out of more than 1,700 votes cast.
