GOVERNMENT has directed the Road Development Agency (RDA) and the concessionaire to reconstruct a new culvert on the recently washed-away section of the Chingola-Kasumbalesa road. Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi says the reconstruction works are expected to be completed within 60 days, adding that the concessionaire will bear all costs associated with the project. The Kakoso culvert along the Chingola-Kasumbalesa road, located 15 kilometres from Chingola, was damaged by recent heavy rains and strong winds, which washed it away.
