MINISTRY of Mines Permanent Secretary Dr Hapenga Kabeta says Zambia’s ranking as the third-best mining destination in Africa is a welcome development, but it is not a good position. Recently, the 2025 Fraser Institute Annual Survey of Mining Companies ranked Zambia the third most attractive mining investment destination in Africa and 25th globally.
