GOVERNMENT says it is advancing reforms to strengthen the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) framework following concerns over the quality of some road infrastructure in the country. In a statement, Sunday, Finance and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane said government had taken note of public commentary regarding the performance of some road infrastructure projects being implemented under the PPP framework, including those raised by the Engineering Institution of Zambia.
