POLICE in Mazabuka have arrested and charged Gary Nkombo with two counts of assault in relation to the recent incident at Mazabuka Civic Centre. And Nkombo says if he knew then what he knows now, he would have behaved differently, lamenting that he did not see his future turning out like this. The former Mazabuka Central MP, who is seeking re-election as an independent candidate after opting not to seek adoption under the ruling party, was recently attacked in full view of police by UPND cadres led by Bilden Shaloba at Mazabuka Civic Centre in an attempt to block him from filing his nomination.
