CENTRAL Province Permanent Secretary Dr Milner Mwanakampwe says those complaining about election malpractice must go to court if they don’t want to continue crying. Dr Mwanakampwe says claims of election rigging in the Province are unfounded, arguing that opposition candidates celebrated prematurely. Recently, NRPUP Kabwe Central losing MP Patrick Chishala alleged that the elections were not transparent, citing inconsistencies in the handling of the electoral process by Electoral Commission of Zambia.
