FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says it is unreasonable to expect fuel pump prices to remain the same when the international prices have gone up. In an interview, Friday, Dr Musokotwane said citizens should realize that petroleum products were not produced in Zambia.
