AIRTEL- ZAMBIA has assured its customers that the funds saved in their mobile money accounts are secured despite a technical failure it experienced on its USSD short code on Sunday. Airtel customers on Sunday took to social media to express their displeasure and worry over the safety of their money following a technical fault that prevented them from accessing mobile money services from about 15:00 to around 22:00.
