MINISTER of Labour and Social Security Brenda Tambatamba says government is deeply concerned about how load shedding has negatively affected various industries. And the Zambia Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU) has urged government to come up with measures that will ensure that workers are cushioned against the rising cost of living.
