THE Road Development Agency (RDA) says the concessionaire for the Lusaka-Ndola dual carriageway project, Macro Investment Consortium, will commence emergency works on the road, latest July. RDA Acting Director Communication and Corporate Affairs Anthony Mulowa says the agency will carry out sensitisation engagements targeted at those occupying road reserves and traditional leaders along the project route. Meanwhile, RDA Principal Environmentalist Gershom Chilukusha says the main civil works are expected to start either in August or September.
