TRANSPORT and Logistics Minister Frank Tayali says his ministry is suggesting the retraining of all PSV drivers amid increased road accidents mainly involving Likili Bus Service fleet in the recent past. In an interview, Wednesday, Tayali confirmed that government had suspended Likili’s Road Service License. “[The suspension] it is owing to the recurring accidents. It’s not one thing to have one incident like the one we had in Mpika [and] to see the sort of cause of the accident around Mulungushi University where a driver is overtaking at a curve on straight line, then you realise that something is wrong.
