THE Zambia Environmental Management Agency (ZEMA) has approved two organic fertiliser blending plant projects to be set up in Chilanga District of Lusaka Province ZEMA Acting Director General Maxwell Nkoya disclosed that during its 7th Extra Ordinary and 11th Ordinary sittings of the Environmental Assessment Committee of the Board, the agency considered a total of 106 projects valued at K5 million.
