THE Industrial Development Corporation has justified the appointment of its Chief Executive Officer Cornwell Muleya stating that the appointment process was based on merit. But Governance Activist Rueben Lifuka says IDC needed to give better details on how they went about his recruitment, adding that a CEO with question marks would attract the wrong attention to IDC. The appointment of Muleya has been received with numerous concerns by different stakeholders.
