OIL Marketing Companies Association of Zambia (OMCAZ) president Dr Kafula Mubanga says as long as there is no political will to resolve some costing challenges, fuel prices in the country will not reduce. In an interview, Saturday, Dr Mubanga said the only reason the prices didn’t rise last month was because there was some sort of subsidy which was given. “For us as an Association, we definitely do not see a possibility of further reduction.
